Goodbye Windows 2000

On 13th July 2010, Microsoft will no longer provide support for Windows 2000.

From today we will no longer testing or supporting our software with Windows 2000. We recommend all customers using Windows 2000 upgrade to Windows XP or later.

Our software currently supports Windows XP and Windows Vista. Some customers are using Windows 7, but we recommend Vista until full testing has been completed.

VAT Rate Increase

From the 1st January 2010, the standard rate of will return to 17.5 percent.

All customers will need to change the VAT rate using the VAT parameters module.  If you need any assistance, please contact our support team.

Server Down

There was a problem with our web hosting server, which affected all hosted customers.  The problem has now been resolved by our hosting company.

There was network problem at the data centre end.  It was the temporary networking problem due to which the server on which your vps is hosted gone off-line for some time.

Windows 7 RTM Update

Microsoft’s newest operating system, Windows 7 has been released to manufacturing.

When can I get it?

6th August 2009 – MSDN and Technet subscribers can download Windows 7 RTM in English.

16th August 16 2009 – Microsoft Partner Program Gold/Certified members can download Windows 7 RTM in English.

23rd August 2009 -  Microsoft Action Pack subscribers will be able to download Windows 7 RTM in English.

22nd October 2009 – Windows 7 will be available in retail stores, on-line, and with new computer purchases.

6000 Support Tickets

Today we passed 6000 tickets on our on-line call logging system!

Each support call or email we receive is recorded, so we can track any problems our customers are experiencing.

In the next few months we will be allowing customers with a support subscription, access to our on-line call logging system.
